Scope of Services Client engages Provider to perform accounting services as per the selected plan:Standard Package - 827 AED (incl.VAT) per month including full bookkeeping (up to 50 transactions/month), preparation and submission of financial statements per local regulations, quarterly VAT return filing, and assistance with tax filings and regulatory compliance. We will issu the invoices if client needs. 2. Term and Renewal This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the signing date. If the Client does not provide a 30-day written notice before the end of the term, the contract will be automatically renewed for another year. If the client exceeds the number of transactions included in the subscribed package within a month, they will automatically be charged for the higher package for the next month. (Business Package: 1,141 AED/month & Ultimate Package: 1,819.00 AED/Month). Payment Gateway fees are included in the price. 3. Payment Terms Payment is made monthly via Stripe or any other payment processor chosen by the Provider. If payment fails, the Client has 7 days to update payment details. Late payments incur a penalty of 20 AED per day until settled. 4. Client Responsibilities The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all financial documents provided to the Provider. The Client acknowledges full compliance with UAE financial and tax regulations and releases the Provider from any liability related to penalties or fines imposed by the government. Client will issue the invoices. 5. Limitation of Liability The Provider shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, or losses due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by the Client. The Client bears full responsibility for their financial and tax obligations under UAE law. This does not included the Stamping & Audit as we cannot handle this (special audit company) 6. Termination The contract may be terminated with a 30-day written notice. If terminated early without notice, the Client remains liable for the full annual fee. By accepting the terms of service , the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement and swears that all provided information is accurate and truthful.
